Manga Dosanko Gyaru Is Mega Cutei

Natsukawa Tsubasa just moved from Tokyo to Hokkaido, in mid-winter. Not completely understanding how far the cities are in the country, he comes out of a taxi in the next city from his destination to see the sights around his house. But he is shocked when he finds out that the "next city" is a 3 hour walk from here. But he also meets a pretty Dosanko (born and raised in Hokkaido) gyaru named Fuyuki Minami, who boldly withstands 8 degrees celsius below 0 in a standard gyaru outfit of short skirts and bare legs!
